Refund / Exchange
No refunds or exchanges considered unless Palette personnel approves.
Shipping Procedure
All products purchased from Palette are primarily shipped via United Parcel Service and the US Postal Service and are insured through their delivery.Other shippers may be used for shipments delivered outside of the United States. Risk of loss and damage for purchased products transfer to our customer upon delivery.
If purchased merchandise is lost during shipment, Palette will replace the item(s) with an identical or similar piece of merchandise as dictated by the insurance claim.
Shipping charges are calculated separately from the artwork purchase price and are the customer's responsibility. "Free" shipping to the customer is not offered.
Because each artwork varies in size,weight,fragility, and value, packaging requirements,insurance, and destination proximity shipping costs will vary.The carrier selected and the customer's service urgency also influence the shipping cost.
For shipping online purchases,Palette will consider all factors listed in the previous paragraph. Regarding shipping charges accrued for Palette website purchases, customers have a payment choice.You may call-in your credit card information to Palette and not be charged for the processing of your payment.
Or, we can process your shipping payment via PayPal and charge you their current processing rate. Currently, Paypal's rates are 5.2%, subject to change, and this PayPal surcharge will be added to your shipping charge for you to pay when this service is used.
