Painter/Print Maker Eyvind earle’s (1916-2000)
“sunny with a chance of Shade”

His Show continues thru 10-26-26
Palette will be exhibiting as many as 31 of Eyvind's pieces during our show with at least nine of these pieces being his original paintings. It is our most ambitious display of his artistry to date. From approximately, October 14-19, as many as 14 of his compositions will be shown at the Palm Springs Modernism Show at the Convention Center.
Frequently sloping compositions, Eyvind's mustard grass or varying green fields, surrounded by oak trees, featured his INKY BLACK COWS. Eyvind did "cool" some of his "sun-drenched" landscapes by incorporating angular swaths of shade.

These shadows, when combined with his gracefully fading background scenery, completed his stylistic imagery with pleasing perspectives. Eyvind also created a number of "moody" hillside scenes featuring wispy clouds or early morning soupy skies found along his favored painting territory … Highway One in Central California.

Alluring Eyvind Earle compositions, mid-50s' Cuban Abstract Paintings, and Glass, Hand-Made Marbles will be among our featured booth items.
At least two prints and one painting, new to Palm Springs, from Eyvind Earle will be displayed.
Jose Mijares and Sandu Darie's brightly-colored, geometric Cuban paintings will adorn our walls.
Peter Boyle's will be among our marbles shown. His "Carved Geometric Pattern" sphere imagery changes with one's viewing position and the available lighting.We haven't brought marbles to Palm Springs before!
Jordan Ford's Glass Pumpkins make a first-time appearance just-in-time for your Halloween and Thanksgiving celebrations!
Our Gallery Hours remain 10 am to 6 pm, Monday thru saturday.
